Mobile Application Privacy Policy

RoCoLu LLC ("RoCoLu," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains how information may be collected, used, disclosed, and retained when you install or use a mobile application published by RoCoLu.

1. Information We May Process

Information you provide directly

Most RoCoLu applications do not require a RoCoLu account. We may receive information you voluntarily provide when you contact us for support, report a problem, submit feedback, or otherwise communicate with us. This may include your name, email address, message, screenshots, device information, and other information you choose to include.

Gameplay, preferences, and local application data

Applications may store gameplay progress, scores, settings, achievements, card inventory, notification preferences, tutorial progress, and similar information locally on your device. Deleting an application may delete locally stored information unless it is also maintained by an operating-system service or other third party.

Device, usage, diagnostic, and advertising data

Depending on the application and enabled services, RoCoLu or our service providers may process information such as device type, operating-system version, app version, language, approximate location derived from an IP address, advertising identifiers where permitted, ad impressions and interactions, crash logs, performance data, and other technical or usage information.

2. How We Use Information

• Provide, operate, maintain, and improve applications and features.
• Save gameplay progress and preferences where supported.
• Provide achievements, leaderboards, notifications, advertising, and related functionality.
• Respond to support requests and user communications.
• Measure performance, diagnose errors, prevent fraud or abuse, and protect application security.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce applicable terms and policies.

3. Apple Game Center and Platform Services

Some applications use Apple Game Center or other Apple platform services. Apple may process information such as your Game Center player identifier, display name, achievements, leaderboard scores, and related platform information under Apple's own privacy terms. RoCoLu receives only the information made available through those services for the applicable feature.

4. Advertising

Some RoCoLu applications display advertisements, including advertisements delivered through third-party providers such as Google AdMob. Advertising providers may process device identifiers, IP address, approximate location, app interactions, ad impressions, ad engagement, diagnostic information, and other information described in their privacy policies.

Where required, an application may request consent or permission before enabling personalized advertising or tracking. Depending on your age, region, device settings, and choices, you may receive contextual or non-personalized advertisements instead.

5. App Tracking Transparency

If an application or advertising provider seeks permission to track activity across applications or websites owned by other companies, iOS may display Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt. You may decline that request and later review or change tracking permissions in device settings.

6. Analytics, Crash Reporting, and Diagnostics

Applications may use app-store analytics, advertising measurement, crash reporting, and diagnostic tools to understand feature usage, identify technical failures, improve stability, and protect against abuse. The precise services used may vary by application and version.

7. Notifications

With your permission, an application may schedule local notifications or use platform notification services to alert you when gameplay, content, reminders, or other features are available. You may disable notifications at any time in device settings.

8. Sharing Features

Some applications allow you to share a score, image, invitation, or other result using the standard sharing tools supplied by your device. RoCoLu does not receive the content you send through a third-party messaging or social-media application unless you separately transmit that content to us.

9. Purchases and Payments

If an application offers an in-app purchase or subscription, the applicable app store processes the transaction. RoCoLu does not receive your complete payment-card information. We may receive transaction status, product identifiers, receipts, or similar information necessary to deliver and support the purchase.

10. How Information May Be Disclosed

• To service providers supporting advertising, analytics, hosting, diagnostics, security, customer support, and application operations.
• To Apple, Google, and other platform providers when you use their services.
• When required by law, legal process, or a valid governmental request.
• To protect the rights, safety, property, or security of RoCoLu, our users, or others.
• In connection with a merger, financing, reorganization, acquisition, sale, or transfer of all or part of our business or assets.

11. Children's Privacy

RoCoLu does not knowingly collect personal information directly from a child under 13 in a manner requiring parental consent. Some applications may be available to a general audience and may use age-appropriate advertising or platform controls where required. A parent or guardian who believes a child has provided personal information directly to RoCoLu may contact us to request review or deletion.

12. Data Retention

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including application operation, support, security, fraud prevention, recordkeeping, legal compliance, and dispute resolution. Data retained by Apple, Google, advertising providers, or other third parties is governed by their respective retention practices.

13. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No system, network, transmission, or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

14. Your Choices and Rights

• Manage notifications and tracking permissions in iOS Settings.
• Manage Game Center through your Apple account and device settings.
• Manage advertising choices through device, platform, or consent controls.
• Delete locally stored application data by using available in-app controls or deleting the application, subject to platform-synced data.
• Contact us with a privacy request using the information below.

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or information regarding certain personal data. We may need to verify a request before responding, and certain information may be exempt where permitted by law.

15. International Processing

RoCoLu and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Those locations may have data-protection laws different from the laws where you live.

16. Third-Party Services and Links

Third-party services are governed by their own privacy policies and terms. Depending on the application, these services may include Apple, Apple Game Center, Google AdMob, app-store analytics, and other services disclosed in the application or its store listing.

17. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as our applications, technology, service providers, or legal obligations change. We will post the revised policy on this page and update the effective date.
